Welcome to our home page and details of our three cottages sleeping 6, 4 and 2 people at La Boissiere in the heart of the Dordogne, midway between Sarlat and Lalinde. La Boissiere is situated in the Valley of the Chateaux and is a small hamlet perched on a promontory 150 feet above the Dordogne valley. This enables each of the cottages to have excellent views across the countryside with the river itself a one mile stroll away. The hamlet is centrally situated so there are many places of interest within a 20 mile radius. La Boissiere is only two miles from the nearest supermarket and one mile from the nearest restaurant, but is well away from any main road, giving it a very peaceful aspect. There are three cottages available, each with its own unique character. They are separate from each other so you have complete privacy, and each has its own garden/terrace. The owners have given great attention to the style, space and comfort of each cottage, and respect your privacy when you are here. The cottages share the use of a large swimming pool (14m x 5m), which is above average size and you can actually swim lengths if you so wish. In addition this pool overflows into a very popular toddler pool (4m x 3.5m). The pool area is SECURE, fenced and locked. For group bookings, any combination of the cottages can be reserved, sleeping up to 12 adults.
