The Cottages are situated in the region of Aquitaine in South-West France.

The red box on the map indicates the Dordogne Valley and La Boissiere.

There are many ways to the Dordogne and La Boissiere depending from where in the UK you start out. For example:

• Fly Ryan Air from Stanstead and Bristol to Bergerac (and from March 2006 also fly from Liverpool and E. Midlands airports).  Fly Flybe from Birmingham and Southampton to Bergerac.  It is a 45 minute drive from Bergerac airport to the cottages.
• Short crossings Dover-Calais by ferry or tunnel.
• Medium Crossings to Normandy.
• Longer overnight crossings to Normandy or Brittany.
• Motor Rail to Brive (35 miles).

If you choose to fly, we can supply full linen and towels at a small extra charge to keep your luggage manageable.
